Do I have the ability to set multiple vents at the same time?

Of course, these events will then show up under the one administration log in.

If my I set up an event that is FREE do I have to pay anything Admin or transaction fees.

No way, we will not charge you for events that you do not charge your participants for.

We have sponsors, are we able to upload logos so participants can see them within the sign up process

Can I take offline payments?

Yes, these payments can then be added into your event whenever you deem necessary.

Do I need any coding skills to be able to use the system?

No, the system was designed to be very user friendly in every aspect so no coding skills are required.

If I create teams within the system, when a player signs up they will be able to select that team to pay their fees into.

Yes, this will then show up within your reporting system so you can see all the transaction details for that particular participant and others that may have signed up for that particular team

Will I be able to set the address for the venue of my event?

Yes no problem, we have placed a Google map option within the admin panel, your participants will be able to see exactly where the event is to be held.

I will need to be able to view detailed reports, is this possible

Our reports section is very detailed and will allow you to view all possible details from a specific individual as well as giving you a full overview of all transactions within your event.

Do you have any colour charts for your reporting?

Yes, we have included these within your admin dashboard to give a visual aid for reporting.

Can we set our own custom email templates for when people sign up?

Yes this important feature has been included to allow you to customize for each event you hold.
